The TA Recruiter will assist with both flying and non -flying positions with an emphasis on pilot recruiting. This position will evaluate candidates and coordinate all aspects of the candidate experience. Occasional travel will be needed for industry recruiting events.RESPONSIBILITIESAct as a point of contact for TA consultation on new and prospective searches for Hiring Mangers below.Advise on solutions-oriented hiring strategies for new and backfill positionsResponsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified pilot candidatesDevelop and enact strategies to accomplish pilot hiring goalsAssist in the recruitment strategy for back-office and operational talent needsDevise and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talentSupport agency management and vendor relationshipsConduct initial screens and assess candidates according to position criteriaSchedule Pilot simulator evaluations and coordinate hotel and travel for onsite interviewsCollect proper certifications and documentation necessary for employment complianceMaintain communication flow of candidate status with recruiting teamAccount for diverse candidate slates: strategically sourcing and pipelining from all major marketsAssist in proposing recruitment initiatives (career fairs networking events on-site candidate visits)Create and implement a best in class New Hire Experience accounting for all facets of onboarding.Projects and additional duties as assignedRequirementsQUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 3 to 5 years of recruiting experienceAbility to assert influence without authorityAviation experience a plusFamiliarity with social media and recruiting platformsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in documenting processes and keeping current with industry trendsWilling and able to attend trade shows/industry events in personPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSStrength to lift up to 15lbsAbility to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periodsAbility to communicate effectively in person over the phone and via virtual platformsAbility to operate a computer and other standard office equipment to perform job-related tasksWORKING CONDITIONSProlonged periods of sitting at a desk use of computers and office equipmentIndoor Office setting with standard lighting and temperatureBENEFITSCompetitive salaryMedical dental vision retirement and 401(k) planPaid vacation and sick daysDynamic team with opportunities for rapid advancementTravel benefits on various US and International airlines Key Skills Sales Experience,Sourcing,Talent Acquisition,Taleo,ATS,HR Sourcing,Interviewing,Microsoft Outlook,Earned Value Management,Human Resources,negotiation,Recruiting Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
