Your alliance with our Recruitment Leads and Partners will be instrumental in curating a distinguished candidate experience marked byprecision and discernment.What Youll Do Coordinate and manage interview scheduling resolving conflicts and calendar changes to minimize disruptions for candidates andinterview teams. Serve as the point of contact on interview days ensuring a smooth and welcoming onsite experience. Provide top-notch candidate care delivering timely and accurate responses to candidates recruiters hiring managers and HRpartners. Prepare and support documentation required for the interview process when needed. Maintain and update candidate records in Workday and other platforms ensuring accuracy and consistency. Manage candidate trackers and pre-employment results leveraging Excel and Workday dashboards.
