Candidate location ideally New York but we will consider other locations.The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract identify and hire top talent that aligns with organizational needs. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements developing effective sourcing strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Recruiters play a critical role in building strong talent pipelines promoting employer branding and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profilesSource candidates through job boards social media networking and referralsScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fitCoordinate interview schedules and guide candidates through the processManage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate recruitment recordsNegotiate offers and facilitate onboarding in partnership with HR teamsMonitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiencyRepresent the company at career fairs and networking eventsSkills & QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build relationships with candidates and stakeholdersKnowledge of recruitment tools ATS systems and sourcing techniquesOrganizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitionsUnderstanding of employment laws and hiring best practices3-5 years relevant experienceBA in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related fieldSalary Range: $96200.00-$128300.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
