Key Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles including production skilled trades engineering and management. Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct interviews assess technical skills and evaluate cultural fit for candidates within a fast-paced production environment. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support for manufacturing hires. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions. Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including industry-specific job boards vocational schools and local community outreach initiatives. Ensure compliance with all relevant hiring laws and company policies particularly those pertaining to safety and labor within a manufacturing setting. Recommended Qualifications Experience recruiting for diverse roles within a manufacturing environment (e.g. production engineering skilled trades). Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates for niche manufacturing positions. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes terminology and industry-specific hiring challenges. Proficiency in conducting behavioral and technical interviews relevant to manufacturing operations. Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with hiring managers and build candidate pipelines. Bonus Qualifications Knowledge of manufacturing processes and terminology. Experience recruiting for skilled trades or technical roles. Strong local network within manufacturing or technical communities. Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce.
