Recruiting Consultant at The Panaro Group

Location: Remote Must reside in WIHome Office Location:  Pewaukee WIWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruiting Consultant to join our team. This role requires a proactive recruiter with proven experience in cold-calling passive candidates building strong pipelines and successfully filling roles across various industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment excels at reaching the ideal candidate and has a strong ability to engage passive candidates.Key Responsibilities:Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed job boards and other recruiting technologies.Conduct candidate outreach through multiple channels including cold calling email and social media.Perform in-depth screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications experience and culture fit.Collaborate closely with team members to understand job requirements and talent needs.Utilize our applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters) and other tools to track and manage candidates efficiently.Ensure an excellent candidate experience with clear and timely communication.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.Write job descriptions and phone interview templates for assigned positions. Qualifications : A bachelors degree is preferred plus 3 years of experienceProven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for sourcing and outreach.Strong ability to assess candidates and conduct structured interviews.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Team player ability to initiate communication with team members.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to shifting priorities.Proficient with MS Office 365Experience with applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters) and recruitment softwareAdditional Information : Why Join UsWork with a dynamic and collaborative team in an established boutique RPO firmFlexible work environment (remote/hybrid options available).Opportunities for career growth and professional development.100% Health Insurance and Dental premiums paid by The Panaro Group LLC401 (k) and matching contributionsProfit sharingFlexible scheduleIf you are a proactive driven recruiter who excels at sourcing and cold-calling passive candidates we want to hear from you!
