Our standard operating hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.ResponsibilitiesManage postdoc and temporary hiring requests from position request through completionCommunicate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment and selection processCoordinate key steps of the recruitment & selection process as assignedSupport sourcing activities and research needs for the TA teamPartner with TA staff on workflow updates tracking and project assignmentsAbout Talent AcquisitionThe Talent Acquisition team part of University Human Resources plays a vital role in advancing Iowa States mission by attracting engaging and supporting the staff who make the university thrive.
