Join us in driving growth and seizing new business opportunities. Role and Responsibilities Lead the full recruitment lifecycle and manage the entire TA team with accountability on delivery. Mentor, coach, and scale recruiter performance while maintaining weekly reports, KPIs, and quality checks. Partner closely with internal leadership, project owners, and delivery managers to set hiring roadmaps and execution plans. Drive submittals, rate negotiations, interview readiness, offer closures, and onboarding without missing SLAs. Run daily/weekly syncs, maintain dashboards, ensure compliance, and keep hiring funnels consistently healthy. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across niche IT roles, especially those tied to US State Government and Public Sector programs. Optimize sourcing strategies using job boards, passive search, internal talent pools, and recruiter enablement. Minimum Qualification 15+ years of US staffing experience with proven delivery across enterprise IT and US State Government accounts. Minimum 3+ years leading recruitment teams and managing performance at scale. Strong people leadership, coaching ability, and a no-nonsense approach to driving targets. Advanced sourcing game — speed, creativity, and persistence to close tough roles fast. Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to work US shifts comfortably. Deep understanding of US hiring models, compliance, tax terms, onboarding flows, and client expectations.
