No two days are the same and no two candidates are either we strive to create an engaging experience from application to onboarding.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and strategic Recruitment Vendor Relationship Manager to oversee relationships with key third party suppliers and partners. This role is responsible for managing the full vendor lifecycle from sourcing and onboarding. Ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.What Youll Get to Do:Develop and implement vendor management strategies aligned with company goals and procurement policies.Establish governance frameworks to monitor vendor performance SLAs and compliance metrics.Serve as the main point of contact between the business and vendors maintaining transparent and collaborative relationships.Track and report on key KPIs including delivery cost efficiency risk and service quality.Identify and mitigate vendor-related risks including contractual financial and operational exposures.Negotiate contracts renewals and pricing structures to optimize value.Partner with Domains and Solutions to assess needs and which vendors can help supportSupport procurement in vendor selection and onboarding processes.Provide insights and reporting to senior leadership on vendor landscape and strategic sourcing opportunities.What Youll Bring with You7 years experience in vendor relationship management role with emphasis on contractor hiringpreferably within consulting financial services or technology sectors.Deep understanding of qualifying contractors and the nuances around themStrong negotiation and relationship management skillsStrong network of vendors and candidate relationships within the technical marketsProficiency with vendor management tools and reporting systems.Why CapcoA career at Capco is a chance to help reshape the competitive landscape in financial services.
