  • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, refrigeration units, boilers,and kitchen equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
  • Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning units, heating systems, appliances, and ammonia refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal operation.
  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and HVAC design plans to troubleshoot issues accurately.
  • Conduct field service visits to client sites for equipment repair, installation, or maintenance tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to diagnose electrical problems or perform repairs as needed.
  • Maintain detailed service reports documenting work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations;
  • Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration (including ammonia refrigeration), and appliance repair.
  • Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans with ease.
  • Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with field service procedures including troubleshooting electrical systems with ohmmeters and performing welding or boiler repairs.
  • Experience working with property maintenance tasks such as air conditioning servicing or general mechanical upkeep.
  • 4+ years experience commercial foodservice equipment and refrigeration service experience .
  • Experience servicing walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines
  • Universal EPA Certification required
  • Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 100lbs and work in varying indoor / outdoor conditions
  • Ability to climb ladders, work from heights, and crawl in tight quarters
  • Own industry standard hand tools
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation With overtime as needed.
  • Saturdays and Sundays required for Standby events.
