This is an extraordinary opportunity to work directly with State Attorneys General and handle sophisticated regulatory enforcement matters, high-impact multistate investigations, and complex litigation within one of the country’s most respected regulatory practices. Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing3–6 years of substantive experience in investigations, enforcement, and/or regulatory litigationExperience working with State Attorneys General, including responding to civil investigative demands (CIDs) and coordinating multistate investigationsPrior experience in a State AG office strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to negotiate resolutions and advise clients on complex enforcement mattersStrong writing skills with a demonstrated publication record or clear aptitude for thought leadershipStrategic mindset with the ability to maintain and build relationships with State AG officesExceptional analytical ability, judgment, and communication skillsAbility to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively across teams Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to CIDs and other regulatory inquiriesCoordinate and participate in multistate investigations involving State AG officesNegotiate resolutions to complex regulatory enforcement mattersRepresent clients in related litigation, investigations, and internal reviewsProvide strategic, business-oriented guidance on regulatory risk and enforcement exposureCollaborate with senior attorneys and firm leadership to support client development initiativesDeepen and maintain relationships with State AG offices to support strategic business development for the practiceDevelop thought leadership content, including articles, insights, and analysis on emerging regulatory trends Why Join Us?This is a rare opportunity to join one of the nation’s premier regulatory investigations and enforcement practices—a group trusted to advise on some of the most consequential State AG matters in the country.
