Here your work means moremore impact more growth and more connection.WhatYoullDo:As a Regional Account Manager Neurologyyoullbuild trusted relationships with healthcare professionals across your territory.Youllrepresent Alexions neurology portfolio helping providers understand our therapies and how they support patients with rare neurological conditions.Territory:Must live within the geography or surrounding areasYou will:Achieve or exceed territory goals through ethical patient-focused engagementDevelop strategic account plans based on market insights and brand strategyCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Institutional Account Managers TLLs SALs MSLs FRMs Market Access Diagnostics and other enterprise partnersEducate providers on disease awareness diagnostic pathways and treatment optionsNavigate complex hospital systems and community practices to reach key partnersLead local initiatives that raise awareness of rare neurological diseasesTrack and report sales activities accurately and on timeWhat You Bring:Bachelors degree (required)5 years of experience in pharmaceutical biotech or medical device salesProventrack recordof delivering consistent sales resultsExperience building relationships with physicians treating neuromuscular disorders in high-complexity institutions community hospitals satellite sites and private practicesExperience working with healthcare professionals in settings that administer infused therapies and/or apheresis for immunological disordersSuccess in educating physicians about complex diseases diagnosed through observation or exclusionAbility to build lasting relationships in physician practices and hospitals with challenging accessAbility to handle territory budget and adhere to Alexions code of ethics and complianceWillingness to travel regularly within the territory including overnight and weekend travelValid drivers license and clean driving recordPreferred Qualifications:Masters degree in Life Sciences or MBABiopharma experience especially in Neurology and/or OphthalmologyAbility to navigate and work in large hospital systems IDNs and academic teaching hospitalsWork Environment:This is a field-based role.Youllwork in clinical settings travelfrequently and collaboratevirtually withyour team. We support flexible work and provide tools to help you succeed.The annual base pay for this position ranges from $152812 - $229219. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentivesan opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
