You will work with other lines of business to maximize growth and profitability.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Establish and enhance the banks presence in the local community while also promoting consistent involvement at the branch levelPromote products and services including deposit loan and retirement productsPromote Wintrust and/or local brand as appropriateBuild strong partnerships between Retail Banking and other business linesParticipate in networking events and initiate outbound calling effortsDrive the banks Community Reinvestment Act Program through participation in community and bank events as well as involvement in local organizationsOperate within assigned authority levelsParticipate in corporate projects to align charter with Wintrust initiativesAssist Head of Retail in maintaining Wintrust cultureSupervisory Responsibilities: Strategize with managers to expand and retain new and existing customer relationshipsConduct regular meetings to keep team members informed and motivatedPerform regular coaching sessions with Retail team members and address employee performance issues as neededOversee operations including hiring leadership development and regional facility issuesEnsure regional team members comply with all department bank and regulatory policies and proceduresEnsure adherence to all security procedures established to maintain safety for employees and customersResolve escalated customer mattersKnowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Required:Excellent customer service organizational and problem-solving skillsExemplary interpersonal verbal and written communication skillsHigh level knowledge of bank compliance and operationsStrong managerial and leadership skillsSuccessful record of sales excellenceAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentIntermediate computer skillsTraining/ Education/ Experience Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required; college degree or related banking experience strongly preferredMinimum 5 years branch management experience requiredMinimum 5 years in a customer contact/sales position or equivalent preferredExperience in business development preferredMay require NMLS certificationBenefits:Medical Insurance Dental Vision Life insurance Accidental death and dismemberment Short-term and long-term Disability Insurance Parental Leave Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Traditional and Roth 401(k) with company match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Stock Purchase Plan at 5% discount Critical Illness Insurance Accident Insurance Transportation and Commuting Benefits Banking Benefits Pet InsuranceCompensation:The estimated salary range for this role is $98000-$132000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
