Learn more at.What Youll Do:We are seeking a talented and experienced Regional Data Center Manager to oversee our data center operations in an assigned region. The Regional Data Center Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations coordination and management of various data center facilities. The primary objective will be to ensure the successful delivery of data center builds while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency security and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center operations hands-on experience in data center management and a track record of managing staff effectively.About the role:Lead and mentor a team of data center leads fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Manage staff schedules assignments and performance ensuring optimal workforce allocation and productivity.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback training and development opportunities for team members.Oversee the operation and maintenance of all data center infrastructure including power cooling networking and security systems.Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to plan and execute data center builds and expansions.Oversee the installation configuration and deployment of data center equipment and infrastructure.Ensure timely completion of data center projects meeting quality standards and budgetary constraints.Regularly conduct safety inspections and risk assessments taking appropriate actions to mitigate potential hazards.Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and best practices related to data center operations.Monitor and maintain the overall health of data center facilities proactively addressing any issues that may arise.Who you are:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field preferred.At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in data center operations.Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience in managing staff in a data center environment.Solid understanding of data center infrastructure including power distribution cooling systems networking and security.Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for data center operations and management.Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.Proven project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and virtualization is a plus.Certifications such as CDCP (Certified Data Center Professional) or DCM (Data Center Management) are advantageous.Why CoreWeaveAt CoreWeave we work hard have fun and move fast! The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location.
