Youll Do:The Regional Director of Business Development leads growth relationship strategy and market development across all he DFW service areas. This leader inspires a collaborative mission-driven approach to outreachensuring teams feel supported heard and equipped to build strong community partnerships.Lead and mentor a team of business development and outreach professionals.Develop strategies that strengthen referral relationships and expand awareness of hospice services.Foster a culture of communication accountability and supportive leadership.Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities aligned with our mission.Collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless compassionate patient access.Promote a yes-minded approach that supports innovative ideas and solutions.RequirementsLeadership experience in healthcare sales or business development (hospice preferred).A collaborative communication-first leadership style.Strong relationship-building skills across healthcare and community partners.A passion for supporting team members and honoring the purpose of hospice care.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on support.Required Experience:Director Key Skills Business Development,Sales Experience,Direct Sales,B2B Sales,Marketing,Sales Pipeline,Salesforce,Strategic Planning,Enterprise Sales,negotiation,Lead Generation,Contracts Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
