Regional Director of Operations - Corporate Dining at Infuse Hospitality
Job Description
Infuse Hospitality is looking for a dynamic Regional Director of Operations to lead a portfolio of corporate dining accounts across the Dallas region. This role oversees multi-unit operations, drives client satisfaction, and develops high-performing teams that deliver exceptional culinary and hospitality experiences.
What You'll Do
Lead daily operations for multiple workplace/corporate dining locations
Build and maintain strong client partnerships
Drive financial performance, budgeting, and P&L management
Coach and develop on-site leaders, GMs, and culinary teams
Ensure excellence in service, quality, safety, and brand standards
Support innovation, menu programming, and experience enhancement
What We're Looking For
7+ years of multi-unit leadership, specifically in corporate dining
Strong client management and communication skills
Proven experience managing budgets and operational KPIs
A leadership style rooted in accountability, hospitality, and team development
Travel flexibility within the region
