Regional Facilities Manager - JLLThe Regional Facilities Manager will independently oversee the delivery of comprehensive facilities management services for a government account including customer/client services financial management facility maintenance procurement and supplier management. This self-driven professional will develop strategic programs and relationships with key government stakeholders while managing daily operations with minimal supervision. The role requires significant travel to multiple locations and close collaboration with remote support teams including engineering sourcing finance and management.What your day-to-day will look like:Client Interface and Service DeliveryServe as the primary point of contact for government client stakeholders across multiple facilitiesProactively identify and resolve issues related to facilities services (janitorial food service etc.)Drive delivery of committed services while consistently maintaining high client satisfactionDemonstrate innovative leadership in program development and problem-solving while adhering to budget constraintsFacilities ManagementIndependently develop and implement facilities programs and strategies for assigned government locationsManage the full lifecycle of work requestsfrom intake and dispatching to updates and closurewith exceptional efficiencyCoordinate effectively with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operationsLead maintenance scheduling and provide comprehensive project supportCustomer Service and CommunicationEnsure thorough follow-up with government clients and remote support teams across all communication channelsMeet or exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Initiate and implement process improvements to enhance overall program effectivenessFinancial ManagementManage budgetary requests analysis and reporting with strong attention to detailIdentify and report budget variances with actionable recommendationsDeliver on facility-specific cost savings targetsSupport financial audits and related requests with comprehensive documentationRequired Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in facilities management or related fieldBachelors degree in Facility Management Business Administration Engineering or related field preferredProfessional certifications such as FMP (Facility Management Professional) CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or IFMA credentials strongly desiredDemonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex workloads with limited oversightExperience creating and implementing facilities programs preferably in government settingsStrong problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal/written communication skillsProficiency with work order management systems and relevant technology platformsExceptional ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environmentResults-oriented mindset with unwavering commitment to service excellenceWillingness and ability to travel frequently to various sitesBased in Spokane WA with flexibility to perform additional duties as requiredEstimated compensation for this position:137500..00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
