If you want to make an impact by helping people live their best life read more below and apply today!ResponsibilitiesSupports the assigned region in meeting performance goals by understanding business objectives and providing human resource counsel and guidance that align with project/center performance objectives company culture and provides solutions to employee and operational issuesMeets regularly with assigned regions field Human Resources staff to inform equip and inspire excellence in the areas of employee relations training and development regulatory compliance performance management and investigative acumenWorks proactively to coach and train field Human Resources staff in best practices with regard to recruiting hiring/on-boarding and retentionEnsures company compliance with all Employment/Labor laws and regulations as well as company policyVisits regularly all operations within assigned region to champion culture celebrate success assess human resource performance and provide technical assistanceOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducation Experience and CertificationBachelors degree in Human Resource Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experienceSenior Professional in Human Resource certification preferredFive to seven years of progressive Human Resources experience requiredKnowledge Skills and AbilitiesUnderstanding of Human Resource laws such as Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employee Retirement Income Security Act American with Disabilities ActIn-depth knowledge of Human Resource best practice strategies and policiesAbility to develop integrated solutions from inception to post-delivery assessmentUnderstand business and industry factors to shape how strategies are developed implemented and sustainedLeverages Human Resource metrics and business data to provide insights to the business and enable data-informed decision makingAbout our Line of BusinessBrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based pharmacy and provider health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
