Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Title: Regional Print Estimator Description Regional EstimatorLocation: Riot Creative Imaging Los Angeles Office Team: Southern California Operations (local and national projects) Reports to: Angel Martinez, General Manager Riot LA Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexible/overtime as needed)Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly Compensation: $24$28/hour (based on experience; open to discussion) About the RoleRiot Creative Imaging is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regional Estimator to join our Southern California Operations Team. This role is central to managing and coordinating all aspects of project estimating, including installation components such as:Graphics and signageDigital displaysPromotional goodsMounting and finishingSmall-format marketing itemsYoull ensure clients and sales teams receive timely, accurate, and well-structured estimates that align with project goals and maintain profitability. This role bridges client consultation, vendor coordination, and internal collaboration to keep quote requests moving smoothly from intake to completion. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for incoming quote requestsReview project plans and documentation to build accurate quotesDevelop estimates using Excel and internal platforms (MFG)Collaborate with sales and production teams to define project solutionsCoordinate with vendors for sourcing and pricingMaintain pricing guidelines and profit marginsTrack quote status and follow up with stakeholdersCreate and manage work orders for productionUpdate CRM (HubSpot) with client and project detailsSupport billing and profitability trackingParticipate in process improvement initiativesManage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyFoster a service-oriented, collaborative team culture Qualifications2+ years in estimating, project coordination, or production support (graphics/signage/construction preferred)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, costing templates, analysis tools)Experience with estimating platforms (MFG, PrintIQ, PACE, or similar)Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)Exceptional organization and multitasking skillsClear, professional communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Why Join RiotAt Riot Creative Imaging, youll be part of a high-performing team supporting some of the most visible and complex projects across Southern California and beyond.
