Your decisions shape outcomes ensure accuracy and reinforce the high standards our clients expect from Kustom.What You DoRespond to and manage emergency water mitigation projects from initial loss through job completionPerform detailed scoping moisture mapping equipment calculations and Xactimate estimatesServe as the primary point of contact for property owners commercial clients insurance adjusters and internal teamsOversee field technicians and subcontractors to ensure proper setup drying strategy and job executionEnsure compliance with IICRC S500 standards Kustom processes and all safety requirementsDocument job progress through notes photos sketches moisture logs psychrometrics and daily updatesReview job files for accuracy profitability quality and carrier requirementsManage change orders supplements and insurance communicationConduct final walkthroughs with customers and obtain completion sign-offBuild and maintain relationships with agents adjusters property managers and commercial partnersAssist in driving new mitigation opportunities and growing branch mitigation revenueWhat You BringCurrent IICRC certification (WRT ASD and/or AMRT preferred)3 years of experience in water mitigation restoration or similar emergency servicesStrong Xactimate proficiency including estimating and job costingValid Drivers License and clean driving record with willingness to support locations across ArizonaExcellent communication customer interaction and documentation skillsOwnership mentality with focus on quality safety and customer satisfactionUnderstanding of insurance restoration processes and mitigation-specific best practicesTPA experience preferredWhy Join UsFounded in 1968 Kustom has spent decades earning a stellar reputation as a nationally acclaimed industry-leading property restoration firm.
