Sales Engineer – Capital Equipment | Sheet Metal IndustryA leading provider of advanced sheet metal fabrication solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our innovative and customer-focused team. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives on building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that help businesses grow and succeed. Sales Engineer should reside in Texas and Speak Spanish.We offer a comprehensive range of machinery designed for bending, cutting, rolling, and forming sheet metal. With a legacy of over a century in the industry, our team supports clients with everything from shop layout planning to process optimization and equipment integration.Key ResponsibilitiesCultivate and expand relationships with existing clientsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territoryDevelop and execute a strategic annual sales planDeliver compelling product demonstrations and presentationsMaintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reportsManage customer data and workflows using CRM toolsApply a consultative approach to solution-based sellingCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth sales cyclesTravel up to 50% within the territory, including visits to U.S. headquarters and occasional international travel as neededPerform other duties as assigned by leadershipQualificationsHighly motivated self-starter with a proactive mindsetProven success in consultative sales and business developmentExperience in selling capital equipment or industrial solutionsStrategic thinker with the ability to develop regional growth plansProficient in CRM systems and data managementStrong communication, presentation, and listening skillsBachelor’s degree requiredPreferred ExperienceFamiliarity with architectural sheet metal, roofing, or metal building manufacturingUnderstanding of CNC machinery and automationMinimum of 3 years in a sales role within a technical or industrial environment
