Join Our Team: Regional Sales Manager (Seattle Metro Area)
Doyles Sheehan is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Seattle Metro Area . As a premier wholesale distributor, we provide a collaborative environment where leadership, strategy, and growth are at the forefront of everything we do .
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and penetrate new markets . Recruitment & Hiring : Recruit, test, and assist in the hiring process for Sales Representatives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management . Team Development : Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and professional development . Operations Management : Coordinate sales distribution, establish territories and quotas, and monitor customer preferences . Accountability : Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback to executive leadership, and ensure adherence to company policies and ethics . Travel : This role requires travel to customer locations within an assigned region, typically involving two to three nights on travel weeks .
