Job DescriptionJob DescriptionREGIONAL SALES MANAGERWe're looking for a dynamic leader to join the Rent One team as a Regional Sales Manager and oversee up to nine of our stores. The pay range we're offering is competitive with opportunities for you to maximize your earning potential though performance incentives.We provide you with a company vehicle since you will be regularly traeling to different stores.We will also furnish your laptop and phone so you can stay productive from any location. We're even flexible on determining which store will be your home office!Requirements:Minimum of two-years of multi-unit management experience;High school diploma or equivalent required;Experience hiring and developing co-workers;Excellent multitasking, decision making, organization and on occasion, negotiating skills;Experience with client retention is a plus;Must have valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that complies with organizational standards.We challenge our Regional Sales Managers to put their leadership skills to the test and seek out ways to positively impact the lives of our customers and coworkers every day.
