Regional Scheduler at Walsh Group

Identifies variances from the original or approved plan.Recommends timely and effective change management processes procedures and systems or alternative methods to efficiently achieve schedule certainty including but not limited to:Analyzing project schedule requirements with the project team and ensuring required resources are available so that established schedules may be reasonably maintained.Analyzing work productivity against established schedules/productions and report to management. Modifying schedules as necessary to efficiently plan and report activities.Analyzing any change in construction planPrepares project management reports to reflect schedule status and/or corrective actions as requiredConducts analysis and workshops to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on eroded schedules as well as on-time or ahead schedulesRequirements:Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Manager or equivalentApproximately 10 years of scheduling experienceProficient in the following: Word Excel Primavera P6Preferred proficiency in the following: Acumen Fuse Synchro Project and Cost Management SystemsExcellent leadership communication critical thinking and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize organize and manage timeThe Walsh Group Ltd.
