Overseeing maintenance staff and ensuring that the physical condition and appearance goals are constantly maintained.The RMS must be technically proficient with a hands-on attitude and possess leadership and communication skills.Have the ability to work well in ambiguous or changing situations.Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, , appliance repair and landscaping.Have a working knowledge of swimming pool maintenance/operations. • Be willing and able to operate a snowplow.Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
