Together were building a better tomorrow for our employees customers partners and communities.What Youll DoThe Regional Workplace Manager is a key member of Samsung Semiconductors Workplace Experience team within WSG responsible for leading workplace operations across 10 regional offices in the United States. Based at our San Jose HQ this role ensures that employees and visitors across our offices enjoy a consistent high-quality workplace experience that reflects Samsungs culture and values.This role serves as a strategic partner to the business at each location ensuring regional workplaces are operated effectively employee needs are met and spaces support productivity collaboration and engagement. The manager will work in close partnership with the Facilities Manager and the San Jose HQ Workplace Manager to provide seamless operational and experiential support across the U.S. portfolio.Location: Daily onsite presence at our San Jose office in alignment with our Flexible Work policyServe as the primary point of contact for assigned offices ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a high standard of workplace experienceWhere services are managed or are the responsibility of the landlord or property manager the Regional workplace manager will assume responsibility for communication and coordination to accomplish service/resolution working through the respective entityExperience in workplace operations in leased office properties including landlord coordination space utilization and employee supportPartner with local office leadership and teams to provide outstanding customer service and address workplace needsCommunicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders across all regional officesEnsure compliance with company workplace standards policies and safety requirementsOversee initiatives to enhance employee well-being and satisfaction within the workplace such as organizing events managing amenities and gathering feedbackDevise and execute strategies to drive awareness engagement and employee experienceOversee the delivery of services with a detailed focus on quality cost and timelinessUnderstand the local teams business strategies and priorities to translate them to Workplace requirements that directly support the business intending to deliver necessary space and services proactivelyBuild and maintain meaningful business relationships with leadership and key stakeholders.Foster open communication channels addressing employee concerns and facilitating collaboration between teamsSupport development and management of the operating and capital budgetProvide daily operations support in expense tracking invoice payments creation of budget requests purchase requests & purchase orders PUMIs and all other financial functionsConduct periodic meetings with 3rd party service providers to discuss and verify all operational updates etcWork collaboratively with management procurement and legal departments for approval of the new or revised contractsProactively identify and recommend best practices processesWhat You BringBachelors degree in hospitality business facility communications or project/event management-related field with 5-10 years of relevant experience preferredProject Management experience preferredFamiliarity with hospitality real estate construction operations facilities and office services functions with direct experience in a food and beverage and event planning or customer service department preferredAbility to learn internal systemsCritical thinker and proactively identify issues and propose solutionsWork well under pressure and within time constraints in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multi-task with attention to detailsAbility to build relationships with both internal and external customers including executivesExcellent analytical and organizational skillsYoure inclusive adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.An avid learner you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience seeking data to help build understanding.Youre collaborative building relationships humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches.Innovative and creative you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.#LI-SF1What We OfferThe pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions.
