Client demographics include pediatrics, school-aged children and early intervention, and school based OT services. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, adaptable, and eager to support treatment plans and provide exceptional care across multiple environments.</p><p><strong>Job Description/ Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Carry out treatment sessions by following therapist-directed treatment plans<br>Attend meetings to present therapist treatment plans<br>Coordinate treatment schedules<br>Support therapy programs in pediatric, school-aged, and early intervention settings<br>Document client progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT<br>Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive therapy environment</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>Registered and California-licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (required)<br>Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program (required)<br>Valid Driver’s License (required)<br>Three unrelated references required (at least two from past employers or educational institutions)<br>Previous experience in pediatric, school, or outpatient settings preferred; local candidates without experience may be trained</p><p><strong>Shift:</strong></p><p>8 hour shifts, 30-40 hours per week</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>$3,000 sign on bonus<br>401(k)<br>Health Insurance<br>Parental Leave<br>PTO<br>12 paid holidays<br>Professional Development Assistance</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><p>$40.00-$46.00 per hour depending on experience</p><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><p>You are attentive, responsive, and can take control of situations. <br>You are personable, determined, and driven to make a difference.
