Require Shift for Saturdays and Sundays up to 8 hour per day needs both Saturdays and Sundays.We also have other cases which may need services during the weekdays, but for now we are prioritizing this case staffing.About the Case:We are urgently seeking an experienced and reliable female Behavior Technicians or RBTs to provide 1:1 support for an 8-year-old nonverbal male diagnosed with low-functioning Autism. The position focuses on care, engagement, assisting with hygiene and daily living skills. While implementing a BIP.This client presents significant behavioral concerns and requires 2:1 support, meaning two RBTs will work with the client simultaneously during each shift. There is no mid-level assigned to this case; however, the BCBA will overlap once a week to provide clinical support.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 direct behavior support and supervisionImplement behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBAEnsure client safety and de-escalate aggressive or unsafe behaviorAccurately document session notes and incident reportsCollaborate with facility staff and clinical teamRequirements:RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis interventionAbility to manage high-intensity behaviors professionally and safelyMale candidates are preferred due to the clients specific needsMust be reliable, patient, and physically capable of managing aggressive episodesLivescan, CPR, and TB clearance required (or willingness to obtain quickly)What We Offer:Competitive pay: $34$37/hour based on experienceFlexible scheduling multiple shifts availableClinical support and ongoing supervisionOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on a high-need caseApply Today Immediate Openings!Please apply today or text 510-284-7057 for more information.
