If you appreciate outstanding and family-centered therapy, then ALFS is the place for you!Professional Skills & Qualifications:Organizational Awareness, Data Entry, Leadership, Problem Solving, Teamwork, Initiative, Integrity, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Commitment to Diversity/Inclusion.Must have a Bachelor's Degree40 hour RBT Training and Certificate from the Board after you have passed the testJob description:As a professional Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you would be providing one-on-one behavioral intervention services to reduce maladaptive behaviors in the home and/or community setting.Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures.Complete all required trainings while maintaining certification and clearances.Follow the treatment plan goals and interventions.Work with clinical team to develop internal systems to improve or ensure quality services.Maintain quality documentation of clinical service delivery.Establish and maintain professional relationships with consumers, their families, community support service representatives, co-workers and other agencies as needed.Be able to implement behavioral interventions such as pairing self as a positive reinforcer, teaching coping skills/grounding skills, staying focused and oriented in a crisis, know how to safely handle intense behaviors, teaching replacement behaviors, using praise often for positive behaviors, and be trauma-informed.Implement interventions effectively based upon the treatment plan and behavior management plan as developed by the Licensed Behavior Consultant and/or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:Choose your own hoursDay shiftEvenings as neededEvening shiftMonday to Friday
