Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Autism Intensive Program Location: Hamilton VA 20158 Schedule: MondayFriday Days 7:30 AM 3:00 PM Pay Rate: $26/hr Contract Duration: 27 Weeks Work Setting: 100% Onsite (No Remote Option)Position OverviewNavitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Autism Intensive Programfor an exciting job in Hamilton VA.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct 1:1 behavioral and instructional support to a student with Autism Spectrum Disorder.Implement ABA-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA.Collect and record behavioral and skill-acquisition data accurately and consistently.Support communication functional learning and social skill goals throughout the school day.Assist with transitions sensory regulation strategies and behavior-management approaches.Maintain a safe structured and supportive classroom environment aligned with behavior plans.Collaborate with educational staff and participate in team meetings as needed.Required QualificationsActive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior-support techniques.Ability to work a full onsite schedule Monday through Friday.Excellent communication problem-solving and teamwork skills.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in school-based Autism programs.Training in CPI Safety-Care or similar crisis-prevention models.Familiarity with IEP-driven service environments.For more details contact at or Call / Text at .About Navitas Healthcare LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
