Whether you’re just starting your career or looking to expand your experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative and caring environment.What You’ll DoYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:- Delivering one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).- Collecting and recording data on client progress during sessions.- Assisting in implementing behavior intervention plans to help clients achieve their goals.- Providing a positive and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.- Communicating effectively with supervisors, families, and team members to ensure consistent support for clients.What We’re Looking ForWe’re excited to welcome candidates who:- Hold a current RBT certification or are willing to obtain it.- Are passionate about working with children and making a difference in their lives.- Have strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.- Are dependable, patient, and enthusiastic about learning.- No prior experience is required—just a willingness to grow and contribute!Why Join Cultural Autism Learning & Motivation (CALM)?We believe in taking care of our team as much as we care for our clients.
