Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Summary:Chosen Devine LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support individuals with developmental disabilities. The RBT will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), track progress, and help clients achieve meaningful life skills in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct 1:1 or group behavior-analytic services to clients as prescribed by the BCBA.Follow individualized behavior plans and treatment protocols.Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition during each session.Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition procedures as trained.Communicate regularly with BCBA and other team members regarding client progress and challenges.Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and supervision meetings as required.Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.Uphold the values of Chosen Devine LLC by promoting dignity, respect, and inclusion for every client.Qualifications:Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).High School Diploma or GED (required); Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred).Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to follow instructions, take feedback, and work independently under supervision.Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations if needed.Must pass background screening and meet all state/federal compliance requirements.
