Enjoy a great environment and a manageable caseload.Responsibilities:Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBAAssist students in developing appropriate behaviors and skillsCollect and record data on student progress and responses to interventionsMonitor student progress and report findings to the supervising BCBAProvide one-on-one support during academic activities, social interactions, and behavioral interventionsAssist in de-escalating situations and supporting students during behavioral crisesMaintain a safe environment for students during all activitiesParticipate in ongoing training and professional developmentWork under BCBA supervision and follow ethical guidelinesQualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in psychology, special education, or a related fieldActive state-level licensure and/or certification OR ability to obtain Registered Behavior Technician CertificationA valid teaching license or certification in physical educationExperience working in schools or with children is requiredStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and administratorsCome join a therapist-owned organization that values your expertise and supports you throughout the school year.
