In this role, an RBT will be assisting BCBA in implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans to support our clients and their families.The RBT must possess an understanding of autism and how to treat the deficits and behaviors using applied behavior analysis (ABA) standards and practices.ResponsibilitiesImplement behavioral plans designed by BCBAInvolves one on one or group Applied Behavioral Analysis therapyRecord data that allows the monitoring of progress and effectiveness of the treatment planSupport BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plansBe responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisorsMaintain communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable partiesAny other tasks outlined by BCBAMaintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment planAdhere to all facility and licensing standardsQualificationsCompletion of RBT credentialsMinimum of high school diploma or equivalentFlexible work schedule to provide full and part-time schedules as necessaryExperience working with children with ASD, preferredExcellent project management skillsAbility to work with confidential informationExperience working with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills requiredPrevious experience as an Registered Behavior Technician preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized
