In this full-time role, you'll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.What You'll Do:The RBT position is an entry level opportunity in the psychology field working under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). At Great Strides, RBTs provide individual and small group instruction utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis for children ages 0 - 21, in clinical and community settings.
