About the Role
Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide school-based services for a local school district.
Responsibilities
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide daily modeling and support for teachers and staff to ensure high treatment fidelity of behavior intervention plans.
- Assist with behavior reduction and crisis de-escalation strategies as needed in collaboration with the school crisis team.
- Collect and accurately document data on all programming as directed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collaborate and consult with families, educators, and related service providers under BCBA oversight.
- Follow all agency policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- Participate effectively as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
- Attend required team meetings and trainings.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills, including timely documentation and adherence to schedules.
- Use sound judgment, critical thinking, and professional decision-making in school-based settings.
- Maintain current CPR certification.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB is strongly preferred.
- Candidates who have completed the 40-hour RBT training requirement through the BACB and are working toward certification will also be considered (compensation will vary based on certification status).
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Pay range and compensation package
This is a 1099 Independent Contracting position, allowing for greater flexibility.
