Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Description:As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide family-centered ABA services to individuals with behavior challenges and skill deficits under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Technicians are responsible for implementing behavior plans, data and data collection as well as training caregivers and staff in home and community settings.Responsibilities:Provide direct ABA with individual clients, implementing interventions for skill acquisition and behavior reduction as directed by the BCBADelivering ABA across multiple environments including home, school, and communityCollecting electronic data both accurately and effectively as it relates to the program created by the BCBACommunicate effectively with supervising BCBA/BCaBAImplement parent training to support children and adolescents reach behavioral goals and increase quality of life.Qualifications:Certificate, Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a behavioral health or related field.Previous work experience with children with behavioral or developmental disabilitiesMaintain reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insuranceAdditional certification may be required.Relevant experience preferred.Good written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Current RBT certification (Preferred)Florida Approved Medicaid Provider (Preferred)Job Type: Full-TimeAll Candidates:Current RBT certification RequiredCurrent Florida Medicaid provider approved with valid Medicaid Provider Number Must be in good standing with Medicaid/ AHCAMust pass a comprehensive background screening
