We create a safe environment for our team members so they are able to take risks and reach their full potential!ResponsibilitiesYou will need to complete the following responsibilities:Prioritize patience and kindness in difficult situationsWork one-on-one providing individual treatment for children diagnosed with autism in a play-like atmosphere while working toward client-specific goals.Use the principles of ABA to implement programs created by a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)Attend interactive training and team-building exercises.Accurately record and graph data dailyWrite session notes dailyCommunicate professionally with parents regarding their child's dayCommunicate openly regarding concerns, needs, and questions to BCBACommunicate respectfully and effectively with all team membersBenefitsHealth insuranceDental InsuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceInteractive in-house training80 hours of PTO yearlyNo weekends!Guaranteed 38-40 hour work week10 paid holidays!One predetermined week off for summer vacationEvaluations at 6 months and then yearly for a raise or bonusMultiple events per year focused on skill training and developmentCompany-sponsored outings/partiesPotential for growth within the companySign On Bonus for already certified RBTs. Pay is $17-$20 per hour DOE.QualificationsTo be considered for this job, you must meet the following requirements.High School Diploma or equivalent requiredAble to lift 30 to 50 pounds dailyAble to crawl, run, bend, jump, kneel, crouch, and any other physical requirement involved in playBe able to receive and maintain Registered Behavior Technician certification. Completed in-house.Willingness to obtain CPR and Safety Care trainingPrior experience working with children preferredAble to pass a criminal background checkBe able to pass a drug screen
