As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This role offers extensive training, professional development opportunities, and a clear pathway for career advancement in the field of ABA therapy.Preferred QualificationsCurrent RBT certification at time of application1+ years of experience working as an RBT or providing ABA therapyBachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or related fieldExperience with specific populations (young children 2-5, school-age children, adolescents, severe problem behaviors)Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Somali, Hmong, or other languages commonly spoken in Minnesota communitiesExperience with toilet training, feeding interventions, or other specialized programs
