Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) – ABA TherapyLocation: Tyrone (In-Home, School, and Clinic-Based Settings)Company: Myers Assessment and Therapeutic Services (MATS)Job Type: Full-Time or Part-TimePay: Up to $30/hour, based on experienceAbout UsMyers Assessment and Therapeutic Services (MATS) provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We focus on helping clients develop communication, social, and life skills, while supporting families and offering professional growth opportunities for staff.Position OverviewAs a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) at MATS, you will work directly with children with autism to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).This role is suitable for patient, caring individuals who want to provide direct behavioral support and contribute to the development of children with autism.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settingsImplement individualized treatment and behavior plans as directed by the BCBACollect and maintain accurate session data and progress notesUse ABA techniques such as discrete trial training, natural environment teaching, prompting/fading, and reinforcementCommunicate effectively with families and clinical team membersAttend supervision meetings and professional development sessionsMaintain RBT certification and meet BACB supervision requirementsFollow all safety protocols and MATS policiesQualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalentReliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insuranceAbility to pass a background checkCPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Interest in working with children with autismPreferred:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related fieldCurrent RBT certificationExperience in ABA therapy, special education, or childcareBenefitsCompetitive pay (up to $30/hour)Full-time employees receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, and 6 paid holidaysFlexible scheduling (day, evening, and weekend availability)Paid training and supervision hours towards BCBA certificationMentorship and career development opportunitiesContinuing education supportTravel stipend and mileage reimbursementScheduleMonday to Friday, with some evening and weekend availabilityIn-home, school, and clinic-based sessionsHow to ApplyJoin Myers Assessment and Therapeutic Services (MATS) and help children with autism develop essential skills and reach their potential.Powered by JazzHRGTltFCvswN
