Join ABA Connect LLC in Memphis, TN or Olive Branch, MS, and become part of a team that values your work, supports your growth, and changes lives through high-quality ABA therapy.What You’ll DoAs a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to:Implement individualized ABA treatment plansSupport clients in building new skills and reducing challenging behaviorsCollect and document accurate behavior data and session notesCommunicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical teamCollaborate with families to ensure consistent, effective care across environmentsWhat We’re Looking ForActive RBT certification (required)Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork skillsReliability, professionalism, and a passion for helping othersWhat We OfferAt ABA Connect LLC, we value our team and invest in your long-term success.
