We’re seeking team members who are eager to contribute to a positive, collaborative environment where your work truly matters.ResponsibilitiesImplement personalized ABA treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while maintaining a professional and supportive demeanor with clients, families, and colleagues.Track client progress toward treatment goals, prepare necessary materials for sessions, and communicate updates or concerns to the BCBA and therapy team.Collaborate with therapy staff to ensure effective treatment delivery and attend ongoing training to stay current with ABA practices.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).Completion of or willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training within 60 days upon hire.Reliable transportation for travel to therapy centers.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Physical RequirementsActive role requiring frequent kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor.Must be able to lift and carry clients and move quickly to ensure their safety.BenefitsEnjoy career development opportunities, paid training, robust medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid short-term disability and life insurance, voluntary benefit options, a 401(k) plan with company match, generous paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays.
