Wed love to hear from you!You will be responsible for:Providing one-on-one behavioral interventions with children receiving Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy in a multi-disciplinary clinic environment.Delivering direct instruction and implementing behavior plans developed by BCBA.Accurately collecting data to monitor progress of behaviors and effectiveness of patients individualized treatment/behavior plan.Maintaining professional relationship while assisting and training families on implementing behavior plans with the patients and parents.Having fun while ensuring the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times.Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderHave at minimum a high school diploma or equivalentComplete 40 hours of RBT trainingPass a criminal background checkPass the RBT Competency Assessment and ExamActive RBT Certification through the BACBActive BLS/CPR certification (preferred)Working conditions:Clinic-based (No travel)Must be able to meet physical demands such as kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing variety of postures for extended periods of timeUsing muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry objects/clients up to 30 poundsNo contract obligations!We Provide Our Full-Time Employees:Guaranteed Weekly HoursCompetitive CompensationMonthly BonusesOnboarding ProgramMentorship ProgramOngoing Support and Paid Training for CPR and SAMA Certifications.Paid Supervision HoursPaid Health InsurancePaid Dental InsurancePaid Vision InsurancePTO12 Paid holidays (includes 1 week for Christmas)* Applicant may be eligible for salary and benefits after 90 days of employment.* Hiring for Full-Time (40hrs), and Part-Time, (20+hrs per week)* Salary will be based on experience.Starting Pay: $18 per hour
