Come join a team where clinical excellence meets a collaborative, supportive culture. Job Summary:Under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy and support children with autism in achieving developmental, behavioral, and functional goals.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and group ABA therapy in clinic or home-based settingsImplement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plansCollect and record data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction goalsCollaborate with BCBAs and Lead RBTs on assessments and materialsSupport parent training and caregiver education as directedMaintain client confidentiality and promote a clean, safe, and welcoming environmentCommunicate professionally with parents, caregivers, and team membersAbility to accept feedback and grow professionallyExcellent time management and multitasking skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to ethical and evidence-based practicesEagerness to work in a dynamic, team-oriented settingSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExperience working with children (ages 0–16) in classroom or 1:1 environmentsFamiliarity with ABA principles and behavior intervention strategiesBackground in education, psychology, speech therapy, or allied health fields Education Requirements:Required: High school diploma or equivalentPreferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 poundsComfortable working in a variety of physical positions (kneeling, squatting, sitting)Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sitesValid Driver’s License and insurancePhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 poundsComfortable working in a variety of physical positions (kneeling, squatting, sitting)Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sitesValid Driver’s License and insuranceCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay, with opportunities for performance-based raisesPaid RBT training and certificationHealth benefits2 weeks PTO, accrued annuallyInclusive and diverse workplace cultureOngoing professional developmentEqual Opportunity EmployerApara Autism Centers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
