Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Join the team at Atlanta Autism Center! We’re hiring full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) at our Flowery Branch location.As an RBT, you will:Provide ABA therapy in 1:1 or small group settingsImplement skill acquisition programs and individualized treatment plans with precisionExecute behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans accuratelyMaintain precise client records, including data sheets, graphs, daily notes, and anecdotal informationEnsure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for clientsCollaborate with clients' families and other professionals on updates, progress, and behavioral concernsAdhere to company policies and uphold BACB ethical guidelines in all ABA interventionsReport incidents of abuse/neglect immediately and help train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitationDeliver high-quality customer service to clients and their familiesParticipate in staff training and commit to ongoing professional development and performance improvementWork Environment:100% Center-BasedOn-site supervision by a BCBAPay:$22.00 - $27.00 per hourStarting Pay & Growth Opportunities:Starting base rate: $22/hourEarn an additional $1 per hour after 9 months and 12 months, reaching $24/hour after your first yearOpportunities to advance to RBT 2, RBT 3, Lead RBT, each offering an additional $1/hourWith these opportunities, you can earn up to $27/hour within your first year!Non-Discrimination StatementThe Atlanta Autism Center (AAC) is an equal opportunity employer. Diploma/GED required; Bachelors, or associate’s degree in psychology, social work, special education or related field preferredRelevant experience preferredMust be physically fit and able to lift and carry patientsGood verbal and written communication skillsGood interpersonal relationship skillsDesire for continued learning opportunities, and willingness to embrace instructionAbility to work with multi-disciplinary team membersComputer skillsExperience working with children with autism spectrum disorders requiredAbility to maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning and sanitizing all equipment, surfaces, and supplies
