In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. If you are a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach- Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills- Maintain a safe and positive therapeutic environmentExperience- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques- Knowledge of behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques- Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement behavior plans accurately- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong organizational skills and attention to detailRequirements- Medicaid Provider IDJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeExpected hours: 20 40 per weekSchedule:Evenings as neededMonday to FridayWeekends as neededLicense/Certification:Medicaid provider number (Preferred)RBT Certification (Required)
