Apply today for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position in Colorado Springs, CO!ResponsibilitiesDeliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients based on individualized treatment plansSupport BCBAs by implementing behavioral interventions and skill-building strategiesAddress problem behaviors and teach functional skills (e.g., communication, social, self-help)Collect and submit accurate data on client progressMaintain thorough session records, including treatment notes and timesheetsCommunicate effectively with team members about client careAccept feedback and adjust interventions as directed by supervisorsAlways uphold client confidentiality and privacyDemonstrate understanding of ABA principles and techniquesObtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire (or provide proof of completion)Assist in preparing therapy materials and other tasks as neededPerform additional duties as assignedRequired SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalentCPR & BLS certification preferred, not required - we’ll train you!  RBT certification preferred, not required – we'll train you!Valid, current driver’s license or state issued ID & current car insurance on vehicle  Working towards or has obtained a Degree in Behavioral Science or related field (such as Psychology, Special Education, Elementary Education) preferredThis role requires fluency in English.
