Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. Must be a BCBA student. If you are not studying to become a BCBA this role is not for you. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you work with.Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts- Conduct direct 1:1 therapy sessions with clients- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementing interventions- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentationSkills- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities- Knowledge of data collection methods and analysis- Familiarity with special education practices- Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health- Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and their familiesRequirements- Must have RBT Certification from BACB- Must have RBT Certification from NVABACurrent Case AvailableLas Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson AreasJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 40 per weekBenefits:Health insurancePaid trainingProfessional development assistanceSchedule:4 hour shift8 hour shiftAfter schoolChoose your own hoursMonday to FridayOn callEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)License/Certification:RBT Certification (Required)Ability to Commute:Las Vegas and Henderson areas availableWork Location: In person
