Job DescriptionJob DescriptionChasing Your Dreams LLC (CYD) is a growing ABA clinic serving children and families across the Triad. We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide part-time ABA services in clients’ homes and school settings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values teamwork, high-quality clinical care, flexibility, and a supportive BCBA team.The RBT will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy directly to clients in their homes and/or in their school environments, working under the ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Sessions may include skill acquisition, behavior reduction programs, parent collaboration, and treatment plan implementation.ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and school settingsImplement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBACollect accurate, real-time data using electronic data collectionMaintain professional communication with families, teachers, and school staffAssist with generalization of skills across home and school environmentsParticipate in required supervision sessions, RBT ongoing competency checks, and team meetingsFollow all HIPAA, FERPA, and Medicaid/insurance documentation requirementsMaintain client safety and uphold CYD’s standards of clinical excellenceRequirements:Active RBT certification through the BACBHigh school diploma or higher Reliable transportation for travel between homes/schoolsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and engage in floor-based playAbility to pass a background check and drug screenExperience working with children or individuals with disabilitiesProfessional, punctual, and coachablePart-timeAfternoon/evening availability preferredService areas: Davidson, Randolph, Forsyth, and Guilford Counties and surrounding areas.
