Our mission is to deliver comprehensive support, ensuring all children thrive in our inclusive environment.Job Type: Full Time Salary: $21+ an hour based on experienceBrightstone Therapy, a leading provider of behavioral therapy services in DeLand, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients as prescribed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).- Implement behavior intervention plans designed to address the individual needs of clients.- Document and track client progress through data collection and daily notes.- Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective therapy and data-driven decision-making.- Assist with crisis management and behavior support as needed.- Provide therapy in a school based setting.Requirements:- Possession of a valid RBT certification.-Florida Medicaid Provider ID- Current CPR is not required, but will need to be taken upon hire.- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.- Experience working with individuals in various settings.- Passion for helping individuals with autism and related developmental disorders.Benefits:- ​Competitive pay starting at $21+ per hour- Certification Reimbursement- Mileage and drive time reimbursement at an administrative hourly for travel between clients- Supervision and training provided by our experienced BCBA.- Opportunity for professional growth and advancement within the organization.-Paid time off At Brightstone Therapy, we are committed to helping individuals reach their fullest potential through evidence-based therapy practices.
