Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and support skill acquisition goals for clients in the home and/or school as follows:Primarily School BasedImplement individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plansRecord and maintain accurate session data and documentationCollaborate with families, teachers, and BCBAs to support progressAttend team meetings and ongoing trainingFollow ethical and professional standards as defined by the BACBCompany DescriptionIlluminating Steps, LLC is a mission-driven behavioral health agency specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and behavioral consultation for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.
